This website is operated by LightSaltScents. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LightSaltScents. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies linked on this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this site. You may not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose, violate applicable laws, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.

2. PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE VARIATIONS
Our candles are handmade. Small differences in color, shape, finish, placement, or appearance are natural and make each piece unique. Product colors may also appear differently depending on your screen. We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every display will be exact.

Some candles are designed to resemble food or drinks, but they are decorative candles and are not edible. Keep all candles, wax pieces, and packaging away from children and pets. Always follow the safety instructions supplied with the product.

3. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Prices and product availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or correct pricing, description, or availability errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your order and shipping address before submitting payment. Payments are processed through the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. SHIPPING
Processing times, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are described on product pages, at checkout, or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER ISSUES
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If an item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, contact us promptly at saltlightcandles7@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help.

6. CANDLE SAFETY
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, heat sources, and flammable objects. Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Follow the burn instructions provided with the product, trim the wick as directed, and stop use if the container or candle becomes unsafe. You accept responsibility for using products safely and as intended.

7. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. We may update or correct site content at any time. We do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free, although we make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate.
