When will my order ship?

Our candles are handmade to order and normally ship within 3 business days. Carrier delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available.

How much is US shipping?

Standard US shipping is $6.99 for the first candle, plus $1.59 for each additional candle. Orders with a discounted subtotal of $50 or more qualify for free US shipping.

Will my candle look exactly like the photo?

Each candle is handmade, so small differences in color, texture, and finishing are natural. These variations make every piece unique.

Where can I find the scent and materials?

Scent and material details are listed on each product page. If you need more information about a specific design, please contact us before ordering.

How should I burn a sculptural candle?

Always place it on a stable, heat-resistant tray with raised edges. Sculptural candles may drip or burn unevenly. Please read our Candle Care & Safety guide before lighting.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, please contact us to ask whether production has started.

Can I return an item?

Unopened, unused, non-personalized products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please review our Return Policy for full details.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the candle and packaging. Once an eligible claim is approved, we will send a replacement.
