Each LightSaltScents candle is handmade to order and carefully packed. Processing times may vary by item and are shown on the product page or during checkout when available.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your candle arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at saltlightcandles7@gmail.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help.
