Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing

Each LightSaltScents item is made to order and carefully packed. Our standard processing time is 5 business days before shipment. Shipping transit time is additional and begins after your order has been made and handed to the carrier.

US shipping rates: Standard shipping is $6.99 for the first item, plus $1.59 for each additional item. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free US shipping. Free shipping is based on the discounted merchandise subtotal after any discounts are applied. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lightsaltscents.us and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help.
